Cape May Cafe Dinner?

I'm planning one evening that's fairly relaxing, dinner and a look around a resort. Initially I planned on Saana and a look around Animal Kingdom Resort but not sure if the kids would like the food. Really love the Beach Club and would love a proper look at The Boardwalk which we've never done so was thinking about Cape May Cafe. We've done breakfast a few years ago and was thinking about dinner. The kids don't mind seafood so think they'd be ok. Me on the other hand am not that keen. What's it's like for non seafood fans? Any views please

We had dinner here on our last trip. We are all seafood lovers so really really enjoyed it but I think there would be plenty to enjoy even if you didn't want to eat much/any fish or shellfish. There was a carving station which definitely had ham and I think maybe turkey as well? There was also pasta available and pizza. There was another soup in addition to the seafood chowder (I think it was a tomato bisque when we went), as well as mashed potatos and loads of veg.

There is plenty of choice for non seafood fans. There is however quite a fishy aroma, which some people find off putting.

I'm a veggie and always find it fine to eat here, really like the easy going atmosphere here. Kids (and us) like drawing on the tablecloths as well. I think it's a good option for a walk round boardwalk afterwards as well. Your other option is to choose something in Epcot and then head to boardwalk afterwards. Enjoy x

I have heard, from my sister who was there in May, that you can no longer draw on the tablecloths!
