Are the start of the celebrations for the 50th yr anniversary in october?

Subject to virus issues, I would suggest the celebrations kick off on 1st Jan and last the whole year with a build up on and around the 1st Oct opening., anniversary day.

This is after all, a way to make some much needed $

From what I have heard else where the Orginal plan was to start the celebrations at start of Summer 2021. Now looking at starting in sept 2021 running until the start of Xmas 2022. With the celebration lasting just over 12 months

I have also heard that Tron may still open in time in 2021, originally planned for spring but likely summer opening now. But guardians likely will be delayed until 2022.

Just to clarify, the 50th anniversary is next October 2021. Just in case you meant this October.

Disney hasn�t said when the celebrations will start, but I suspect they won�t start until late Summer 2021. Of course, you�ll probably be able to purchase anniversary merchandise well before then.
