Norwegian - cancelling Summer 2020 flights?

We are out on 22nd August into MCO, back on 5th Sept from TPA.

Sept flights are still showing on their site which is why, but when they cancelled the outbound MCO flight there was a text box to write in details on the cancellation form, so I asked they also refund the inbound flight as it isn't exactly much use. They ignored it though.

I'm sure it will cancel in time.

Will also need to make sure I get the seat charges back. Will probably just S75 that if I don't as it'll likely be easier.

we are booked for 20th march 2021 for 3 weeks. i took a gamble and booked outbound and am waiting for inbound to be released! might live to regret that decision but hoping flights will be up and running by then and that the quarantine rules have changed...fingers crossed

So I received a refund overnight, but I am £400 short, has this happened to anyone else? do they come in separate payments?

We’ve also received our refund. We had the correct amount over 2 payments. The payments were made within a couple of minutes of each other

Same here.

No refund for the extra seat selection charges that I did later after booking, but I know I only got charged for those in one direction and I'm not sure if that was for the outbound or inbound.

I'll wait till my inbound is cancelled and see if it comes back with that before I section 75 it.

I spoke to Norwegian on the phone and the guy seemed to know the exact amount I was missing before me saying, and he said I will get it back - a waiting game now.

I tried to work out what was missing from my invoice, but it wasn't obvious at all.

I think ill wait a week before ringing again, as so far I am impressed with their speed.

We applied for a refund on the 10th June, and today (19/6) having checked my credit card statement, they have refunded us in full, almost £2000.00. I'm really happy, and it's a testament to Norwegian that they made the process easy, and haven't dragged their heels in processing payments.

We have now received our fefund, in full. It sounds like, compared to other airlines, we are being dealt with pretty efficiently. A big thumbs up for Norwegian.
