to Florida maybe, but there can be other holiday destinations- we cancelled Florida and have booked to go to France, all cancellable, so just fingers crossed we get a travel corridor with them

Why do you seem to be getting pleasure out of people’s holidays being cancelled.

Everyone here knows the potential to have their trip cancelled is high but the way you post comes across quite spiteful with each extension to cancellation period.

Have a little heart, decency, thought or respect when posting
that some people have saved for years and were/are hopeful of going this year. Because we already know that some are being priced out next year and may never get the opportunity to go.

Oh please, you’ve been around long enough to know that people on here don’t just travel to Disney!
And you should be mature and intelligent enough to realise that if someone’s Disney/Florida break gets cancelled then they could in theory book elsewhere.

The way you’ve written the statement comes across as gleeful!

The laughing emoji you’ve placed in my previous post proves the point don’t you think?

Well at least now we know, we had 90% made up our minds that it just wasnt worth it for us this year.

Feel sorry for all the people who have been desperately trying to book their park slots today, only to hear this information this afternoon. Pretty poor timing on VA part, especially for their VH customers. This would have been more helpful to know yesterday, before people wasted time booking slots they now cant use

It does seem that some people who had already chosen to cancel, or had the decision taken from them maybe, really need other people not to be able to go either. Maybe as vindication for their choice. Maybe because they wouldn't be able to bear watching someone else make a go of it.

And I say that as someone whose flights have been cancelled. I hope some of us get to go.

I wonder what would happen for those who have indirect flights, via New York for example? I assume they are still OK as they wouldn't go straight to Orlando...
