We called for a quote I said I wanted to think about it. Then they were very very persistent, ringing and emailing and wanting an answer/the booking. It actually put me off using them. I think I ended up blocking their number.

they are pushy - you have to manage them. However, have always given me the best quote.

Even though I replied to their emails it continued for a week or so.They became the proverbial pain in the bahooki
The quotes they were giving me bore very little resemblance to what I was looking for in relation to the flights,airport and hotel

Used in 2017 and booked again for 2020. Couldn’t beat their price as a package and service was great , including having to sort a few issues (not of their making).

Same as above, very pushy. I only asked out out of interest what they could quote for 4 nights at Royal Pacific and they were about £300 more than Hotels.com.

Have never found them very competitive at all, then get constantly pestered on the phone.

Weve just booked with them for next year. I admit they were very quick in contacting when I submitted an enquiry. I didn't feel totally pushed into getting a quote as I did want it so was happy to hear. They got back quick and asked if I wanted to be contacted the next day after speaking to all parties. I agreed and I ended up calling then the next afternoon because the quote was cheaper than other tour operators and everyone was happy to go ahead.

I don't have any issues with them at all. This year will be 3rd trip with them. Mind you I tell them only to email me until I decide if I want to proceed, saves a lot of possible pestering! I think it sometimes depends whom you get as an advisor, last year's had someone who I felt was not interested and I ended up doing diy. This year they have given me a price better than diy. Most advisors have been good at tweaking, changing dates etc to get me best price.

For me service when booking and after booking has been excellent. I thankfully have not needed to use their reps in Orlando so can't comment on them.
