Just heard regarding all springs employees

Don't know how reliable but had info all Disney springs cast members had contracts terminated.

Hard to believe but employment contracts in America are worse than ours in the U.K.!

If its the case it could be due to how the US is handling those laid off. I had heard that the government is going to give those directly affect payments.

I would not even use the term "contract" for some employees in the states unfortunately ... Its more, he's your start date and hourly rate.. Off you go to work we will let you know when we don't need you on the day.

Florida is an "at will" employment State so employers can terminate anyone at any time without warning.
