I was wondering that too. Different party but in Dec 2019 we went to MVMCP and it absolutely poured down all night! I asked a CM if they’d cancel it and he said no it still goes ahead.
I bought ticket for DDs birthday- left early- others said they went to customer services and got refund. I never thought of that!

This may be a silly question - but we’ve bought 4 x adult 14 day Disney Tickets, so do you get the Halloween tickets any cheaper because you’ve already paid for park admission ? We’re looking at dates in early November - but at $133 I think is a crazy price !
