We recently changed our flights from July 2020 to October 2021 no questions asked. We even managed to change from Manchester to Glasgow. My wife spent 3 hours on the phone in morning and gave up but I got through straight away in afternoon although the line was horrendous.

So finally got through again to find that we can't have our 3 weeks, only 2 week flights available. So don't know what to do now. She recommended we wait a couple of weeks to see what advice comes out, but tbh just want them to cancel now so I can get my money back and pay for 2022.

Doubt if you will be able to sell them without TUI charging you an arm and a leg to change the names on the tickets.

I was on hold today for nearly 2 hours to be told I will get my refund when I get it! ...I quoted EU law saying 2weeks and all that...but that was the answer I got ...then phone went dead 🤬🤬🤬🤬

I managed to get through to Tui this morning and changed our August 2020 flights to August 2021, so you definitely can make changes. I’m sorry you’ve had such a stressful experience.

I know it’s not much use to you, but they only sell a few 3 week flights. Mainly 2 or 1 week. Hope you can get it sorted soon.

They sell 4 weeks as well as I've been checking flights for next spring. Trouble is they are an eye-watering 50% dearer than VA for PE.

Haven't flown into SFB since 2008 and at that price I doubt I will

In that case, if you paid by card I would go down the chargeback or S75 route with your card provider.
