Fast Pass Plus linking - help needed today please

Apologies if this has been asked before.

My fast pass plus window opens today! And I'm starting to worry because I can't seem to select anything. It tells me I need to link tickets. I've booked a package through virgin holidays which included the tickets. So I don't have any tickets to link.

It doesn't like my reservation number if I type it in the app and I've tried putting it in the other box for tickets without a package with no luck.

Also tried the Disney website and it says the booking is name in my full name. And to contact me.

Yet when I go to the reservation page I can see our 14 day tickets are there.

Please help I'm really worried now I'm going to miss out.

Your window does not open until noon now. THey changed the time you can book them.

Is your hotel booking showing along with your tickets? If so you should be good to go at 12.

Are you staying on site? Have you linked the whole booking to my Disney experience and can you see your tickets in there?

Yes I'm staying onsite and the tickets show with the hotel package just not on the fast pass page that says I need to link the tickets and won't allow it. Fingers crossed it works at 12!

You will be fine. Any issues at 12 phone disney. Because of the change in times I didn't get on to book any of my fastpasses till 6pm and had no issues getting anything I wanted for July. I even played about with them for a while after booking them.

Really hope it works out that way thanks everyone It has always come up with a little calendar in the past and the days we are there have been a darker blue. But I used to have an AP which has expired and I've chosen not to renew this year as the package with tickets was a better deal.

My window opened today and I got everything I wanted apart from seeing Tiffany.

Didn't try for any of them. Our plan is to watch from the back on the days we intend to go. There is no one we are big enough fans of to warrant the wait times.
