Virgin Villas
We've booked our holiday with Virgin for the first time, unsure of how this works with them as we've usually used BA and stayed at a hotel so a villa is a new thing for us.
A few questions for anyone who can help: Do we get the keys at the airport or have to head for an MC? Is there an option to upgrade given locally if we're not happy with the area we're allocated, if anyone has experience of this is it expensive compared to doing it direct with VH beforehand? Do we need to take linen (towels etc)? Thanks in advance

A Virgin rep will be at the airport to give you villa details and directions
Most villas now have a electronic lock or a key in a lock box by the door you be given a code for this If Contempo still manage virgins bookings you will need to visit there office next day to pay a security deposits which is refunded when you leave subject to villa inspection or opt for a smaller non refundable Insurethebox payment All linen and towels are provided but pool towels may not be You may have an option to upgrade or change location if there are any other villas with availability but not liking the location may not be Deemed a reason to be moved Virgin may not even know where you are being allocated unless you specify a community |

They’re open till 5pm, when I went to checkin on 2nd June, it took about 10 minutes to fill the paperwork in.
We had a fantastic AOA villa, couldn’t fault anything at all with the villa. Hope you enjoy, don’t let the checkin for the villa out you off! |

I'm sure it'll all be fine and it's what you make of it at the end of the day. We went to a villa with some friends in September that they had arranged, at Highgate and it was great so wouldn't mind being around there again but we shall see.

We were really pleased with our Virgin Villa 2 years ago, we had to go over to the contempo office to pay a deposit which was annoying but didn’t inconvenience us too much.
When we went we spent ages looking for a virgin rep only to find her camped out in the Alamo office just as a heads up.

We been sticking mainly to the 192. Hubby decided to have beer with meals now and I can just about make it down two roads without causing too much havoc. Will look at those though. Proper freaked me out on Wednesday when my phone went off with that alert.
As we had never been this side of Orlando before never realised it was so good. Actually loving the 192. |
