Anyone used Carflexi.com?

We’ve booked a compact 4 door car with them, says we go to the Dollar desk when we arrive. 19 nights for £386. Is this a good deal and has anyone used them? I don’t want issues when we arrive, also wondered if Dollar had an OLCI and would it be an option when going through a third party?

They have all the insurances plus glass, wheels and underside. I’m sure this part of insurance has never been mentioned before!?!

Dollar will make you go to the desk for the booking, they used to let us sign up for and use Dollar Express for third party bookings but won't now unless you book directly with them.

Did a quick dummy booking and it looks as if you have everything you need insurance wise which means all you have to refuse is the toll pass scheme that Dollar use which is extortionate

only thing that puts me off them is that the trust pilot reviews are always either 5 star or 1 star which I always find a bit of a warning... if you have a voucher with Dollar confirming the booking then you should be able to confirm that directly with Dollar just to make sure

This company was mentioned maybe 6 months ago. If I remember correctly they are a Spanish company.
