Thank you very much. So we do NOT have to pick it up from MCO? I'm worried about missing out ha.

I was told you DO need to collect this at MCO...

Once you have cleared customs and immigration, you can find your Virgin Rep on Side A, Level 1. The Virgin podium is to the left of baggage pick-up 8A.

Can someone please confirm if you can collect from Disney Springs also?

We're booked with Virgin for March 2019, and on our paperwork it clearly states that the $200 gift card must be collected from the rep at the airport, and if we leave the airport without collecting it we will forfeit it. I would definitely suggest that you check at the Virgin desk at MCO.

If you’ve booked with virgin you collect at the airport as above

If you’ve booked with Disney you get it at world of Disney

Great wayto waste an hour of your holiday.

Poor customer service by Disney to its UK guests.

I'm not happy about it as it's not a place I'd choose to go. I'm due at MCO at 3.50 so assuming I'm not too long there my plan is to go to POFQ, dump my suitcase, get a boat to DS, pick up the gift card then get a boat straight back to POFQ and sort myself out!

RCB18 said they've booked with Disney direct this time, and it's picked up from Disney Springs if you book direct with Disney. It's nothing to do with Virgin if you book direct with Disney.

Sorry I'd not seen that it was a Disney booking. I did respond to this a couple of posts ago...

Hi - the desk by the 8A carousel, is that anywhere near where I would need to catch the Virgin transfer bus, or would I be best leaving the Mrs and the luggage (there's just two of us) in the main atrium on level 3, and me collect the card on my own?

Thanks!

What do you need to take with you to collect the Gift card from Virgin?
