Mobile Car hire through Virgin Atlantic

Hi,
I recall on a thread on here that if you book your car hire through Virgin Atlantic rather than Virgin Holidays you got all the reference numbers for OLCI and skip the counter.
Do you know which reference numbers I need as there only seems to be one on the invoice from Virgin and this doesn’t allow me to check in online?
Any help would be much appreciate.

VA will have sent you an E Mail containing a link to the Alamo website which you must use, not any other link.

There will be red banners on the E Mail, under one of them it will give the Alamo Ref No.

I booked with Virgin Holidays. I went to this URL: alamo/en_US/virgin.html then used my name + booking number found in the confirmation email.

I was then able to do both OLCI and Skip counter. Booking isn't until mid August.

Yes that's the link. I must say it's the best link to use of all of them. No doubt due to the number of rentals Virgin push the way of Alamo.

I’ve just checked and I haven’t received an email with a link, the only email I have received is one with a PDF voucher.
Should I receive a further email?

When did you book please? I always get 3 E Mails within 24 hours max. Albeit maybe 48 hours if on a weekend.
