Airline comparison

So looking at flights before booking at the end of the week 3 airlines are coming up around the same price - Norwegian, ba and virgin atlantic. We flew tc last time, hold luggage and meals were included and paid a little extra to choose seats and for priority checking and luggage off the plane first.

For those other 3 how do they compare in terms of what’s included on a direct flight to Orlando? We’ll have 4 adults and 2 kids with probably 1 piece of carry on luggage each and 3 suitcases between us.

In economy? Much of a muchness really. If all around the same price once you've factored in baggage/seat reservation fees (not included in the lowest fares) then I'd choose the one with the best timings.

Depending on how you intend to book (direct with airline is always my preference) then look to see what difference to price there may be by adding a car or even a cheap hotel. Surprising you may find that this is cheaper than flight only. Added advantage of doing this with BA, for example, is allowing you to pay only a deposit.

Good point.

We find this is a big plus for BA.

Also with BA you can have 23kg hand luggage plus a handbag/laptop bag (plus hold baggage) whereas VS its only 10kg.

When if comes to flights from the UK to Florida my top five Airlines are

1) Virgin Atlantic
2) Virgin Atlantic
3) Virgin Atlantic
4) Emirates (even though it's via Dubai)
5) BA but only if at least £200 per person cheaper than the options above

Any others, no I'd rather stay at home then get on those flights...

Cheaper yes, but only better value when the difference is about 200 per person and it is rarely that...
