Barbados or martinique @ CBR

Which is better and if so why? Am there now and am wondering if I shot myself in the foot.

Both are preferred locations. Martinique is closer to the new Riviera resort. Barbados is closer to the Skyliner. Both good locations for the food court, main pool etc.

We had a second floor room martinique room but being worried about the kids asked for first floor, so ended up in Barbados facing the car park. Am just chilling on the beach area near martinique and it seems quite nice, so I was wondering if I made a mistake.

We particularly enjoyed Martinique being the first pick up and drop off on the buses.

We're close to the old port royal stop rather than barbados, which is 2nd. We bought a extra stroller so being 1st floor is working out better.
