Nope, DD hasn't heard anything from Yummy Jobs either, just the Disney email. They have been pretty poor at answering emails even before all this happened. My DD emailed them three times about something before she finally got someone to respond and that was back in January. Her university had also emailed them and got no response.

My son has just returned home yesterday after 7 months Doing the crp programne. Disney have said they can complete there programmes once back open, but what about there visas? There only valid for a year plus 30 days. Do you think the embassy will extend the visas? He is gutted but very thankful he got to experience the 7 months as some had less time or not even got to get to go. Such a stressful time for everyone 🙁

What was your DS's name? Nadine may have met him as she started her contract in Nov! I was wondering about the visas as well, will they only be allowed back until the original Visa end date, or will they extend? If you hear anything please post on here and I'll do the same.

I have a devastated DD, she's had an email from Disney advising that all CRP programmes have been suspended, I believe until Dec 2021, I can't ask her as she's still upset about it. She only completed 4 months of a 15 month contract and was loving in. She was originally told she'd be recalled when the parks reopen, but clearly that's changed now.

So sorry for all of our kids whose dreams have been shattered, who were out there or due to start in the near future. Thanks again for all the very kind Dibbers who took her chocolate, she absolutely loved that.

That’s so sad, she must be devastated! My son was due to take part in the summer program this year, as a character performer (his dream role). On the outside he’s taken it well, but I know he’s really upset. As it happens, the soonest he could try for again would be 2022, as he’s on a placement year which finishes next August, then back to Uni for his final year, but if my some miracle he manages to get on it, he will miss out on his Graduation Ceremony! So many things have been ruined by blooming Covid grrr

Her contract and Visa expired end Jan 2021, so she had her fingers crossed that things would calm down and she would be recalled, such a shame for them all.
