If my return flight on the 12th is still showing in red are they offering a change to a different date at no extra charge?

After some discussion between us DH decided to try and Call BA today as we are due to fly home on 27th A designated strike day.

BA have changed our flight to the 29th September as the 28th was fully booked .

As we are fly drive they could'nt change the car so we will take it back on the evening of the 27th ..we were already planning on staying out near the airport anyway.

DH forgot to check about BA paying for two more nights accommodation so I will have a look at that, if they don't they don't , I would rather get home !

We still have WTP plus seats and the change was FOC. the cabin is apparently full now where it was half empty before.

Did you call BA Holidays, assuming its a BA flydrive as they should have been able to move the car booking. You could also try ringing the car hire company as well.

I just take photos of all receipts as I get them so I have a record if anything gets lost in transit , plus as the last claim was Norwegian I just attached them all to the claim as it was all on line.

Yes DH did it , unfortunately as we chose to move the flight and it hadn’t been cancelled (yet) we don’t get any benefits, we had to make the decision due to work coming back as we couldn’t afford to be “up in the air” pardon the pun ! For more than two days
