Old key west arrival on ME

So DD and DH are going to get our car hire and go to Walmart and I plan to get ME and go to OKW on ME and check in. Will I be expected to get the resort bus or is there another way of getting to our room (apart from walking)

There was a fleet of golf buggies when we were there and you can hop on

Hi we do it slightly differently , drive to okw check in go to room and 1 of the party does the unpacking and others go do the shop. By the time they come back unpacking done and ready to load fridge. From OKW 2 easy option of Walmart and both only 5/10 mins.
