Mobile At home workouts-best programs

Fitness is a big, important part of my life. I would say that it’s more importantly to my mental well-being than it is my physical well-being. But I just don’t feel comfortable rejoining a gym at the moment.

I have been doing my own hiit workouts at home, but I am considering signing up to some sort of fitness programme. There are several that I have come across...
Results with Lucy
Fiit
Davina OYG

Does anyone use any of these, or can recommend any others?

I mostly stick to my Jillian Michaels DVD's however I have heard the Gemma Atkinson is good - is that the one on Fiit? Or if you are really hardcore you could do Les Mills or Insanity!

I’m a Fiit member and it’s amazing, so many plans to follow - yoga, strength, cardio or mix of all. There are also Barre classes coming and they’ve just launched classes for runners. You set your fitness level and the classes are tailored to that. There is also an amazing Facebook group full of supportive Fiit members.

Les Mills- but we do the classes at the gym in normal times but we’ve kept the subscription going online at the moment. I did Body Combat the other night in the gym though. Someone who works for me is one of their instructors.

I’ve got Les Mills, really enjoy it and when I move back to France next month I can keep up a lot of the classes with minimal equipment CX Worx, Grit, Body Balance, Barre, Attack.
I think they do a free 14 day trial.

Yes! Les Mills on demand, you’ll have access to more types of workout than you can imagine
