Gousto
Hello
Have any of you tried Gousto? We have just had our first box this week and have to say after 2 meals (Creamy Chicken potato topped pie and creamy garlic stuffed chicken with sweet potato mash) I am sold! We got a 50% discount using a code from our friends and we are so impressed. It’s made us step outside of our comfort zone and get out of a rut of eating the same things. The recipes are so easy to follow (my partner is even getting involved and he hates cooking!) and the portion size are generous! I think we’re going to keep getting them as long as we have the further 30% discounts which you also get for a month I think.

You would have to share the code in the referral code forum only.

Ok thank you! I didn’t even know this was a thing, I’ve been missing out lol.
I will edit my original post.

We really liked the gousto meals too. We have had 3 boxes and the creamy chicken potato topped pie was possibly our favourite too ! The black bean burrito bowl was good. I don't think we had any at all we didn't like. I have kept the recipe cards and am now doing them myself. Fabulous value with a code but I am not sure if I would pay full price.

I totally agree, full price probably not worth it, but with the discounts its a bargain. We got 4 meals for 4 people and it was £23.33 with 50% off. As you have said we will be keeping the cards and remaking as they don't use weird ingredients that you would never use again. We will definitely make the creamy chicken pie again (not too sure on the kale tho lol) and I think you could have easily fed 6 people from it.
We've got sausage, mash and veg tonight (wanted to get something basic in case the other meals were rubbish) and then a lamb meatloaf with veg and new potatoes tomorrow. I honestly think the qty of the ingredients we got was worth what we paid, but again at full price I think you're paying more for the convenience of it being delivered to your door and weighed out for you.
