Had roast pork for lunch, so tea will be "pic,n,mix" shove picky food on the table and everyone dig in.

Garlic flatbread, chicken wings, salad, dips, doritos, cheese and crackers and coleslaw.

Followed by ice cream for those that want it.

Minimal effort.

Haven’t got a name for this but it’s one of my American friends slow cooker favourites we level had it to night
1 lbs mince I used low fat turkey or chicken but veggie one works as well
1 tin of condensed mushroom soup ( you can use chicken )
Tin of any beans you like in water we like a tin of mixed beans
Small diced potatoes skin on
Small packet of frozen veg of your choice it’s the only time I use frozen mixed veg
Seasoning of your choice I never add salt asthe soup has more than enough
A cup to a cup and a half of grAted cheese
A little water
Brown the mince
Add everything to the slow w cooker except the cheese and extra water
Put on low for 4 hours taste if it’s too salty add the water
After 7 hours on low sprinkle the cheese over the top ( The cheese may also be salty so take this into account )
Put the lid back on for and hour and serve
I serve with sourdough bread and salad
My seasonings are garlic and either Italian seasoning or herbs de Provence
Servers 4/6
It can be done on high in 4 hours just adjust the time it’s a autum winter favorite dumb in the slow cooker and go out
If you want to keep it on warm in the slow cooker for a couple of hours I don’t add the cheese till I turn it to warm
