We are watching this on Starz Play on Amazon. Starz Play has some great series on and I think the 99 pence trial could be back on again.

This is unbelievable. True story of how a woman in America with Munchausen’s persuades everyone her daughter is on deaths door with cancer, epilepsy, you name it.

She is confined to a wheelchair, head shaved, fed through a tube and dosed up on drugs.

It doesn’t go well when the daughter discovers her mother has lied to her all her life.

Trailer here, highly recommended.

I keep meaning to watch this, I remember the story of Gypsy Rose and her mother being all over the news when it happened.

Sounds a bit like the film 'Run' where a Mother drugs her Daughter and keeps her in a wheelchair. Nice ending.

Yeah, there was a good doc on YouTube about it too.
Think it’s a shame Gypsy Rose is still in prison, mitigating circumstances if ever I’ve seen them
