Disney+ Synching Issue
Hi Everyone
I’m having an issue I’m hoping someone here can help with. I have my Disney+ app on my iPhone, as well as on my Firestick to watch through the TV. The problem I have, is that the series won’t sync together to keep up my progress. Prime example, I’m currently rewatching Once Upon A Time. My Firestick thinks I’m still on season 2, but on my iPhone I’m up to season 3. Is there a way of synching them so that they keep pace together at all? I use both as I watch on my break at work. Both are logged into the same account, and I’m using the same profile on both. Thanks in Advance Gill

Hmm, that's strange. I log in using my iPhone, iPad, and using a Roku stick attached to my TV (similar to a Firestick). And they all sync.
I can't find anything on the Disney+ app about syncing across devices so I assume this happens automatically without having to do anything. The only thing I can think of is whether you are streaming the episodes or downloading them and watching them later?

Thank you so much for replying!
I have downloaded some episodes to watch in work, but it’s the ones prior to this that don’t seem to sync up. It’s like both devices are measuring what I’ve watched as if the accounts are different. It’s such a ridiculous thing, but it’s got me really frustrated. I can’t find anything on the app or google to explain it either!

Is the series on the watchlist on both devices?

Do you mean the list where you would click on the plus to bookmark it as something you would watch?
If so, I’m not sure about the TV as I’m currently at work, but it’s not on a watch list on my phone app

Sorry, I’ve not managed to update here for ages!
Nope, not on watch lists across either device
