Mine (post 5) is an actual photo of the food as cooked by wife. Yes, ours was gousto. We reckon in cost it worked out about £3.50 per person

We had a 4 person portion amongst 3 ... and it was too much!

We had leftovers tonight 😋

Ours didn't look too bad but I'd struggle to get a photo as my lot are always hovering like seagulls at the seaside near a chip shop when it's plating up time 😀

It was coconut cream, I think the dish wouldn’t be as nice without, but you could omit it.

Have edited my first post with my thoughts on it.

Rest of the meals this week are:

10-Min Smoked Fish & Kale Pilau Rice
Spiced Hoisin Meatballs & Sesame Greens
10-Min Turmeric Cod With Curried Lentils

All this weeks recipes are new to us but no veggie options as I didn't fancy them.

No pics but we are a family of 6, and share a meal for 4 between us (youngest is 4 so does not eat much) I always choose the recipes which I know can go further. Ie one with rice I may add extra rice same with pasta ones etc. We had the lasagna last night the recipe for 4 is plenty for 6 proper portions. I have learned over time which ones to avoid but most of them are really decent portions.
