Vegetarian Christmas main course recipes?

Has anyone got any favourite Christmas dinner recipes please?

I normally cop out a bit and buy one of M&S's as they are very good & we just have the 1 vegetarian.

Chestnuts and cranberries in the ingredients would be very much enjoyed.

Thank you

btw, we're having our Christmas soon when DD & her BF are allowed to come and stay, i'm not planning months ahead!

I have a vegan nut roast recipe which has chestnuts and apricots in but the recipe says can replace apricots with cranberries for a Christmas lunch. I make it a lot as it’s so good and it freezes so I get 6 portions out of it and we’ve got two more dinners sorted.

Can send it to you if you PM me an email address 😁

My daughter used to be veggie and her favourite was a home made mini brie and cranberry pastry wreath, however now she is vegan and enjoys the plant pioneer range at Sainsbury’s, so had that this year

I saw that Aldi are doing a ‘Junemas’ (Christmas in June) on the 25th June and have lots of Christmas foods. They might have something nice.
