I would try him on a FODMAP diet it did wonders for me. Also I highly recommend Biokult tablets they really helped too. I got diagnosed by a gastroenterologist a few years ago, Night shifts were a big factor for my condition. I hope you son gets sorted

My DD recorded a count of 385 on her Coeliac disease antibody blood test. Anything over 200 is a positive test. A normal reading is 20.

Her high count also means a biopsy isn't required.
