Toys for holiday let

We are finally putting finishing touches to our holiday let cottage on the Isle of Lewis.
We plan to have a toy box for our younger guests and looking for ideas of items to include.
Must be easily cleanable, hard wearing, no tiny pieces for little people to choke on, not too many parts for easy tidying.
Ideas so far are giant floor puzzle, little wooden railway and a shape sorter. What else?
Will also have children's books and some family games.
She'd outside will have buckets and spades, balls and other outdoor toys

This is an idea for older children: The Mexican Train Game. A villa in Spain that we stop in has this game and my kids love it! (It’s basically dominoes) Not suitable for your box idea but something else you could add.👍🏻

I think that’s lovely to put all those things in. I don’t think I would have even thought there would be toys if we went to a holiday cottage.

Jenga, you can also get giant jenga for outdoors.

The last place we stayed had lots of board games like scrabble, monopoly and Mouse trap.

We also have a holiday let on Lewis. Family home still being used. We are on the west coast.

We have durable books, wooden toys and make sure to clean and quarantine them between visits. Tbh they are rarely touched but it’s nice to offer. Also have family board games available if wanted.
