Rosen Inn Lake Buena Help!

Hi all

We’ve had 2 people drop out of our upcoming summer trip (should it happen) we had a large villa booked but that’s not needed

We are thinking of changing to the Rosen Inn but I’ve seen a few mentions of construction

Could someone give me a bit more information on what’s happening and when and what effect it could have on us

So if you stand with the Rosen on your left and walk down Palm parkway you quickly come to State Road 535. If you turn left onto it you will come to the Crossroads Centre which has always had a range of restaurants, Goodings supermarket, a few shops etc. That has been scheduled for demolition for some time in order to improve the road layout and I have read suggestions that it may currently be imminent but it has been delayed for so long now I'm really not sure what to believe. When it occurs there will be a reduction in the amount of restaurants walkable from the Rosen although there will still be a significant quantity, there is the potential for serious traffic hold ups although it has always seemed a bit tricky there any way and given that the distance as the crow flies is very short there might also perhaps be potential for noise issues depending on what equipment is being deployed for the development. Sorry not to be more specific :-(
