fort myers miracle baseball

We are staying in naples fl in aug but fancy watching the base ball at fort myers Hammond stadium, there is a game on while we are there. Anyone been and was it a good night, tickets are $8.50 and the game starts at 7pm, just thought it might be a nice night out for the family.

We went and it is a great family night out. Check on their website as they have offers on food, drinks etc on certain nights. I think Saturday they have fireworks. Check in the local paper as sometimes they have coupons for discounted entry. Everyone was really friendly there at various points they throw balls and free stuff into the audience so sit near the front if you want to join in.

Thanks for this info, we are staying in Naples this summer and my boys were planning on driving over to Miami to see a Marlins game, this would be far more convenient!

You will have a great time, I would give yourself at least 45minutes or a bit more to get there. There is a big car park, it is all ver well organized, so parking won't be a problem. But give yourself plenty of time as you want to get there to see the national anthem being sung.

It is a great night out, we tend to go to a couple of games each time we stay at FMB. There are usually Groupon offers which give you 2 tickets for 1 and we have used these a number of time before. Previous years the parking pass has included a 5 dollar discount at Tony Saccos Pizza which we use when we visit Coconut Mall (good shopping and good food)
