Winter Summerland mini-golf when BB is closed

Hi everyone, does anyone know if the Winter Summerland mini golf course at Blizard Beach is open, even when the water park is shut in the winter?

TL will be open when we are there in January instead but we fancy utilising (what looks like) the fab course!

it was last time we were there! was strange only a few cars on the carpark!
