Which Website for most accurate weather forcast?
This will be our 4th trip to Orlando so I know that the chances of a heavy rain during part of the day in August are high. However the 13 of August is our Discovery Cove day so I am hoping that the weather will be mostly fine - problem is the weather predication varies from sunny - thundery downpours depending on which weather website you use? Anyone found a site that is reliable?

Whilst you can predict Thunder in an area it is 100% impossible to predict where it will happen. One side of a street can be wet and the other dry.
Go and enjoy your day. Disney332

Unfortunately as you've already acknowledged Florida enjoys a sub-tropical climate and any forecast beyond 5 days at the most is simply based on historical records and statistics. As you say statistically there's a 70% chance that it will rain somewhere in greater Orlando in the middle of August.
But as Disney 332 says it's very local and it can be pouring down in MK and clear blue skies in EPCOT. Joan has the Accuweather app on her tablet set to Davenport where we stay. It will often say "rain due in 28 minutes". Sometimes it rains in 10 minutes, sometimes in 28 minutes and sometimes it doesn't rain at all. Sorry but that's Florida weather for you especially in the summer months. Mick

None are accurate - even an hour out. Florida weather is so localised that they are meaningless. There could be torrential rain in one area and 200 yards away could be sunshine.
