Anyone found any nice water/beach shoes

After reading all the trip reports and tips I have come to the conclusion that we all need some water shoes but I can't anything that is remotely nice. Have any fellow Dibbers found anything half nice looking

I bought Splasher shoes from Hot Tuna on Sports Directs website. Came in a few colours.

Great price and we all agreed that they are extremely comfortable. I wouldn't be wanting to walk about with them on outwith the water parks/beach mind you!

These are the ones we have bought. They come in ladies, mens and kids, so we all bought them in different colours. They will do the job, but I don't think you would see them on the catwalk!

They're all pretty much a thick lycra sock with a rubber sole, so hardly haute couture.

I thought the DIBB recommendation was to get them in Walmart when you get there?

We've bought the ones from Sports Direct too - £18 for four pairs.

Obviously not the most attractive footwear, but very comfy and will do the job

We bought some in Sainsbury's before we left, AVOID AVOID. Within 3hrs of our first waterpark day the glue had all failed on them and they fell to pieces!

We got some in Walmart the next day and they were fine. Just get them there.

I too think the ones on offer in the supermarkets/sports shops are hideous.

I have been looking for an alternative.

I googled "images" of these shoes on google and found many websites offering a more attractive alternative.

When I am ready to order I will certainly be sourcing from one of these companies.

Yes, basically they are the same style of shoe, as that is what is needed in a water environment, you cannot get away from the style really. However, I have found some better colour coordinated ones than the navy and red (should these colours ever be put together on a shoe?) that is certainly available in my supermarket.

Hope you too find what you are looking for.
