Clearwater Recommendations (Activities and Eats)

Hello

We are going to Clearwater arriving on Sat 7th Nov and leaving on Monday 9th and heading to Busch Gardens for the day.

My question is having never visited Clearwater before, what activities do you recommend and where shall we eat?

We are staying at Pier House 60.

Thank You

Sarah xx

Just been researching this myself as we plan a day trip during our 3 week stay in kissimee.

Ive found a couple of boat trips that look good.

Captain memos pirate cruise and mega bite shark boat.

Google both of those for info.

I have two wee ones so we are going to go for Captain memos I think.

Our food favourites are the clearskies and Frenchys Rockaway, both are just a couple of minutes walk away from you. Frenchys is good for chilled / relaxed food and drinks and watching the sunset.

Clearskies does a lovely breakfast too albeit the Gondolier in South beach is our favourite breakfast place.

There is a bit of building work going on in front of your hotel but it might be fairly well on by the time your there, your well placed for the pier and the nightly entertainment on there.

We prefer the little toot for dolphin watching but think this year we might have to go on the pirate ship (or rather DH will be taking her)

A trip on Little Toot to see the dolphins is great, they show night time movies on a weekend outdoors on the grass by the pier if that's something you fancy doing.
You could go to Clearwater aquarium to see Winter, we loved our visit.

We ate at Crabby Bills which is a 2 min walk from your hotel and would recommend there.

Oh it's clear sky cafe for us in the evenings!
Beach shanty across from the Hilton for breakfast.
Then lunch in the bait cabin at the very bottom of the marina.

Edited at 10:33 PM. Reason: Mistake
