Should we go to Legoland

Well we've done the other parks .. and been from Pensecola to Key West We've been to Legoland in Windsor and San Diego .. But many years ago.

Is it worth visiting Legoland on our trip in September ..

DH(50), DD(19), DS(22),MIL(78) ... Young at heart me (53)

Thoughts?

At the ages your family are, I would say no. It is definitely aimed at under 12s. I thought it looked great too LOL

We went as got our tickets free when we booked with atd. My youngest dd aged 5 loved it as there was lots of rides for her to go on. DD 8 said it was ok. We had the option of going back if we wanted as it was a 14 day ticket but neither of the girls wanted to go back. It was ok but I would say aimed at under 12's.

We are her now and have been to Legoland today. We are a group of 4 adults. Loved the miniature village area, but nothing else interested us. Watched a few shows but they weren't fantastic either. After our experience today I would say not bother. We only went as we had free tickets from ATD but wouldn't have bothered if we had to pay.

We are going to visit legoland on our next trip but only because our ds (6) can't handle the rides in the other parks and this park is a lot tamer. It's really down to choice but as others have said, it's a park aimed at younger children. I personally love the children's rides and am lucky to have 2 small children to ride with so I can hide my shame 😉😊 lol

Would you go back to Legoland Windsor? I did prefer the one in Florida but still think unless you would enjoy going back to Windsor you shouldn't bother trying Florida.

We enjoyed it a few years ago but my DD's are 8 and 12 and haven't mentioned wanting to go back.

I personally think Legoland is aimed at those with younger children.
I have young children but have never been to the Florida one as in my eyes it's something I can do over here and to be fair I wasn't overly enthraled with Windsor.
