It's our first time to Florida in August, but I've loved reading all the threads about more experienced Dibber's shopping hauls and I can't wait to stock up too!

Thanks Doowop, I had a wander round KMart n our November trip to NY and picked up lady speed sticks, secret deo, maple syrup, kool aid and other drinks powders. I can't wait to try Walmart, looking forward to getting plasters, painkillers, vits, cake mixes, maple syrup, cold sore stuff and cheap make up

I get far more pleasure waking around Walgreens than I do The Malls. Always stock up on zit cream - it's on prescription here and nowhere near the strength it is in the USA.

Never tried painkillers, if I get a headache (sadly a sufferer) I tend to use co-codamol, can anyone recommend anything better? I'd be very interested to know.

My DH is a cold sore sufferer and finds things like Zovirax useless - have you found anything worth trying?

I've suffered for almost 20 years and never get one in the same place, they seem to have migrated from the middle of my upper lip(under the right bow) to now inside my nose! The only thing that works for me is a combination of cold sore zapper as soon as it starts itching, I don't get a tingle more of a twitching and itching, cold sore patches if it somewhere I can easily put a patch on and I use a tea tree spot stick from Superdrug as it's antiseptic and stops the itching. Hoping to find some new things to try in Florida!

All of the above, not the gas relief tablets though!
I buy the Aussie hair spray that is industrial strength hold, even my hairdresser is now a fan!
I also buy fishing line for my jewellery making, it costs less than a small reel of the same make, but made for jewellers! I'm the only woman in the fishing tackle aisle normally!
DH stocks up on car cleaning stuff.
The whole shop is amazing.

I buy enough drugs to open my own chemist, in fact I should have a loyalty scheme for Wallgreens and Wallmart.
