Mobile Update

Thursday 23rd June continued

So after Steak 'n Shake we headed to universal studios.

Parking $20

Spongebob Refillable Sippy Cup $17.03

Games at Springfield $10. Won a snowball cat teddy at the basketball.

Olivanders wand experience $153.21 (boys own money used)
3 interactive wands. An Adder wand, an Elder wand and Voldemort's wand

The older two boys and my niece done the wall climbing in the alley along from disaster $15 ($5 each)

We've not had any rain yet and the heat has been unbearable at times. We constantly filled the cup with juice so spent about $10 on that.

We left universal at 9 and went to Walmart on turkey lake road. $146.12 was spent here. We had a trolly piled high with all sorts. Lots of TGI food like boneless buffalo wings etc. Bought the boys Emoji pillows (under $5 each) some elf make up ($1 each) NYC lipsticks (97c each)

Stopped in at a gift shop for the boys to buy tat. They spent $20.20 of their own money.

Today's total spend was $620.81 minus boys spends of $173.41 so our total was $447.40.

This was the third day so our $250 daily budget x3=$750 total spend so far has been $686.40/$750.

Friday 24th June
Walked 5.1miles today

Kids played in pool and we sunbathed in the am, had brunch then headed back to Vineland outlets to do the other shops we missed.

First up was Vans $23.88. Two pairs were $14.97 each Buy one get one half off. Bought DS black slip ons with skeletons and infant Stars and Stripes slip ons for my nephew back home.

Under Armour came to $70.32. That was for:
Men's trainers $49.99
Lycra shorts for my niece $9.07
Tshirt for DS $6.97. The shorts and Tshirt were from clearance section. It was take 30% off lowest price.

Ralph Lauren Kids came to $90.42
2 tshirts for DS $9 each,a therma fit neon hoody $16.19 and shorts $9.17 for our youngest DS (shorts not pictured as he changed into them!) dry fit long sleeved Lycra top $13.49, hoody for myself from girls section (age 16) $20.51 and socks for me $7.55. These items were 40% off lowest price plus $10 off $100 spend coupon.

Ralph Lauren men $25.55
Hubby got a grey hoody with burgundy logo. Total bargain as he bough the same one years ago at $79.99! He said it was super comfy but he got a cig burn in it!

Next shop was Nike. Total was $57.54. This has been our best bargains so far...
Men's black and aqua coloured trainers $24.99. These were on special. The rest was in clearance with 30-40% off lowest price.
Boys blue leather trainers $9.57
Kids orange hoody $5.57
Kids blue and orange Tshirt $3.47
Neon yellow and silver reflective hoody $8.37
Black and neon Tshirt $2.07

I'm always good at finding bargains but think this has been the best so far. Unbelieveable prices for the hoodys and t's for the boys!

After this we went to the food court.
2 6" subway meal deals $12.78
Chinese combo and a coke $11.91
Chicken now combo meal $9.57

It was 6pm when we headed back over to Universal Studios

Parking $5

A few juice refills $5

Stayed for the 100 Years Of Movies show.

Today's total spend $311.97

It's now 10.30am Saturday morning and we're sat by the pool. The villa next door is having a yard sale but it's mostly furniture. Hopefully be more yard sales popping up before 4th July as the Americans seem to have a clear out leading up to this and I've had some fab finds at them in previous years. After lunch we're Florida Mall bound. We'll be nipping into Burlington Coat Factory and Marshall's. Tonight's plan is Old Town.

Hopefully get lots of goodies today! I'm on a roll with my bargains so long may it continue! I have a feeling it'll be a high spend today as I have a list prepared for Sephora... wish me luck lol!

Just thinking as you have included food costs etc it if it was in the trip reports more people would enjoy reading it as not everyone ventures on to "Shopping".
I agree, I probably should have put it in trip reports and just put a link in the shopping section!

Could a mod maybe assist in moving this over there?

Forgot to add this pic in my last update. This is what our shopping haul looks like so far...

This doesn't include the boys own stuff like all the toys n sweets as they've got their own hauls in their own rooms lol

And that's only a few days worth, many more shopping days ahead...it's good job we fit all our clothes in one case coming out and the other case had 3 large holdalls in it!

You're getting me all excited for out trip, I plan on doing some shopping this time ( we only managed an hour in Walmart and a little time at DTD last time ) We are flying PE on our return journey, 3 cases with holdalls inside which could mean up to 8 cases to come home with
Please leave us some bargains
