Definitely VS, baTh and body works and have a look at Aeropostale. They have great t shirts that are really reasonable.

My tomboyish 14 year old loves the Aeropostale hoodies I got her. Practically live in them. EOS lip balms and Bath & Bodyworks definitely. Victoria Secrets bodymist are often a bargain at the outlets - they are about £10 here. Big hug to you and your nieces.

I second the VS outlet store, I got bombshell body mists for $1!

I'd definitely recommend Hollister or A&F - SO much cheaper out there. I teach 10-11 year olds and they are all obsessed with it.
The other thing which is creeping in are the Bath and Body Works hand sanitizers in a cute little holder which the kids are now hanging from their school bags. The little body mists are a couple of dollars too and they are great. They sell lip balms also, which are delicious.

They are both do-lally-tap about Smiggle stationery at the moment! Smiggle this and Smiggle that - its really expensive over here, but I don't know if it is any cheaper in America.
She also loves Minecraft - recently had a mindcraft sword she won't put dow and minecraft soft teddies.
Hope this helps - and so sorry to hear about their Mom x
Should introduce your daughter to my 7 year old DD - another Minecraft nut!

Yeah, I don't understand the obsession - its too "blocky" for me - I keep thinking they haven't done the graphics right, but it's meant to be like that!
