Healthy simple smoothie recipes
Can you tell me your simple yet healthy smoothie recipes just got a blender and no idea what to put in them do you use milk or yogurt with fruit I’ve sorted the meal replacement/ protein ones but would like smoothie for breakfast please thanks

Tonight I had - banana, spinach, few blueberries, few raspberries, ice, a little water and a little skimmed milk.
Often add a frozen avocado, Peanut butter, if I want a higher calorie one. |

Ingredients 160g ripe strawberries, hulled 160g baby spinach 1 small avocado, halved and the flesh scooped out 150ml pot bio yogurt 2 small oranges, juiced, plus 1/2 tsp finely grated zest Method STEP 1 Put all the ingredients in a blender and whizz until completely smooth. If it’s a little thick, add a drop of chilled water then blitz again. Pour into glasses and drink straight away. Ingredients 250ml milk of your choice (we used unsweetened almond milk) 1 tbsp ground flaxseed 1 tsp maca powder (optional) pinch ground cinnamon 1 medjool date , stoned 1 small ripe banana handful cavolo nero or spinach 1 tbsp almond butter Method STEP 1 Pour the milk into a high-speed blender then add the ground flaxseed, maca powder (if using) and the cinnamon. Add the remaining ingredients then blitz until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
