Be our Guest Breakfast
Planning to try to get an ADR for BOG breakfast, I have seen plenty of posts about getting an 8am reservation so you can get onto SDMT first, however is it also beneficial to book BOG on a Magic Kingdom early magic hours at about 10 ish to take advantage of the early magic hours then breakfast once the park gets busier?
I am only planning 2 days in MK...one early start and then one later in the day to stay for the fireworks Thanks |

We did this during our February 2019 trip. Managed to get an ADR for 10.25am at BOG. It worked really well, rode as much as we could during EMH including Peter Pan, but we had a FP for SDMT for later in the day. BOG was very quiet guest wise as they were switching from breakfast to lunch. Just bear in mind that there will be a lot of clearing tables going on as cast members prepare for lunch.

We are of the opinion that the only reason to get a BOG breakfast is for early park entry, although it doesn’t need to be 8am. We have had 8:25 and 8:30 reservations and still got near the front of the 7DMT. DH is over BOG and thinks it is not worth it even for 7DMT so I had to cancel the two pre park opening reservations I had.
I would definitely not go for a later BOG breakfast if I was paying cash as it is $28 per so which is ridiculous for what is an average and pretty small breakfast e.g. a miserly cooked breakfast or a ham and cheese toastie. I don’t think so. If on a dining plan it makes a bit more sense and is probably not a bad use of a QS credit (although I am still not allowed ). |

I agree. We like doing it but only to get into the park before opening. I had a later booking last year but cancelled it realising there was no advantage in it.
