*Updated* Brexit 2: Electric Boogaloo (Oct/Nov 2019)

After Brexit 1, a full three weeks in Orlando, back in March (during which time Britain was supposed to Brexit but didn’t), we decided to leave the country again this year in October (over a period when Britain is supposed to Brexit again) for another holiday which will take place over sixteen days.

I didn’t want to go in March and was like ‘November’s supposed to be good’ and just generally lobbied for November. We ended up going in March. But somehow (and I don’t remember how), we ended up booking for November. This is Brexit 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Cast
There are two humans going on this trip and two others to be added at a later date.

Humans:
Sacha. Currently 25, will be 26 by the time we go.

Erica. 60. Will be turning 61 on the first day.

Others:
TBA

We already have ESTAs left over from our trip last October (this will be our third trip in a year), so we just needed flights, hotels, tickets... well, everything else.

Flights
We’re flying on the Thomas Cook flight from Manchester Airport on October 29th. I think the flight’s somewhere around 9am? Need to check that up, but we will be getting there early and I will likely not be sleeping the night beforehand due to packing and last minute stuff.
If anyone else is on this flight, I’ll be the full grown adult with the Avengers backpack with the MNSSHP band and MagicBand on the straps and the DuckTales keyrings on the zips.

Hotels
We’ve booked to stay at the La Quinta on I-Drive on the 29th October to the 2nd November.
We’re also checking into the All-Star Music on the 11th November to the 14th November, which is when we’re catching the Tragical Express back to the airport.
Where we’re going in-between, I have no idea. Stay tuned.

Tickets
We’ve bought the 2 week Ultimate ticket from Disney themselves as they were the cheapest option.
We’ve got tickets from FloridaTix for Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party on the 11th which will be our first time doing that,
We’re also doing two days in Halloween Horror Nights, probably the 31st October and 1st November.

As you can tell, we’re not entirely finished planning or sure what we’ve let ourselves in for. But hey ho. It’s happening, whether we have the money for it or not.

(Updates will be added as and when)

With today’s sad news, we’d like to announce that we are still going on this holiday, but the flights have obviously changed.
We will be on the Virgin flight out of Manchester at around ten or eleven am. I’m not entirely sure of the time as it was all a blur with rebooking, but I can definitely find that time in the morning once the dust has settled.

The flight is at 10:40am. If anyone’s on this flight, say hi! I’ll be the one with the Avengers backpack still.
