BA seem to do a much better deal when you package things with them. For us, flights on their own are coming in over £1000 each but, package that with a car and a hotel, we’re looking at £1400 each.

So i booked through AA. Got my confirmation booking ref including BA ref - and from that point on was all BA driven. Saved a fortune for 8 adults - just have a look - it works and I dont understand why, but 1350 quid as opposed to 700 quid was a bargain.
Is there any issue in booking on the US AA website and not living in the US as you have to provide an address? Thanks

For those who have been in august before, when is best to book?
I have been looking at flights as they are being released and some really great priced ones are now hundreds more. Have I missed the boat or will they level off again?

Going from recent experience the return flights are coming in very expensive at the moment, mine released the other day but they’re still like £800 minimum at the moment for just the return.

With Virgin would you say once your return flight has been released do you book or wait and watch.?
We normally fly may or October so not to bad in price but August is more expensive and don't want to jump in but don't want them to go up😅

We're a few days away from our inbound flight being released by BA & prices are mega! Will keep tracking & hope they drop as others become available too.
Hoping for £700pp, ideally want Manchester but will do London if it's a decent saving. Really wanted direct but think it'll be out the budget.

Last year the returns were coming in at 700-800 on release. They dipped to 400-500 after about 10-14 days.
