I can't see me getting one for home, but we threw some chicken tenders and fries in at lunch and I was pretty impressed with it! Might have to make use of the one at my mums when we do dinner... Reckon they'll be good for roasties and veg!

I don't drink coffee, but O went nuts when she saw the Keurig!

We tried to put him down!

Gabe up after 45 mins, and he came and ate pizza and tater tots with us. He's now back on the sofa with me watching Sarah and duck...

Will try again soon

Definitely get in touch with her next time you're going!

4am... He is sleeping through but jetlag is still in full effect for the two of us. Needed a drink/pee so got up, then o did too, so we sat on the pool deck for a bit and looked for playparks nearby. It's either a 6 minute drive, or an hour's walk!

It's really nice having a reasonably sized TV in the bedroom too, it got to 8:30pm, and we watched TV in bed for a bit (the bedroom TV at our mates place is tiny)

Discovered a new Americas Test Kitchen show on pluto.tv - atk presents - it's the same crew, but a bunch of the short bits like from the normal show, with Dan showing you how to make cheese crackling from leftover parmesan rinds and stuff. Great show! Will be binging that over the next few weeks

Tomorrow... (Today) Some more pool, a trip to Kissimmee Walmart for dickies shirts and a few other bits to take home. Also, eating "junk food" for 2 days has messed with our guts a little, so tomorrow I'll be cooking proper food with vegetables rather than just preheating pre-made stuff!

If you fancy a trip to Winter Haven the Walmart there has them and it ain’t as manic as the one on Old Lake Wilson nor is the traffic
Ian says I need a set of reins on in there it’s huge even bigger than the one at the far end of the 192

Day 3. Almost over the jetlag!

Lazy day. Wendys for breakfast, then
Walmart and Pool in the morning, homemade sub with chive stream cheese, fresh mozzarella and sun-dried tomatoes for lunch, followed by a trip to target and dicks sporting goods for new swimwear. tenderloin, cheesy garlic mash and veg for dinner then another hour or so in the pool then pork.

TV time with B before bed, then fried glazed donuts with ice-cream, before Agatha all along and a bottle of wine on the sofa!

Oh, there was a MASSIVE electrical storm too!

Probably doing bok tower tomorrow...

Love the way you’ve eased you all in gently to the Florida life! I’m planning to do that too next time with not much first few days!

I couldn't imagine trying to do the parks in the first couple.of days, it's all just so hectic and tiring! Being here 3 weeks certainly helps with that too...

Today, it looks like we're doing yet another Walmart run though! We said we weren't going back for at least a week, but we need to return a couple.of items, get B some UV full length body swimsuit things, and do a liquor store run, so gonna do the big one at 4 corners (hopefully they'll stock the mezcal I want like they did last time) but at least it'll be a quick trip in and out...

Will probably do that after breakfast, then maybe a run down the 192 just for the hell of it if B nods off in the car. If not, back to the pool for a bit, then hopefully bok tower after lunch. Or possibly the science museum

Food wise, it's leftovers from yesterday. Cooked loads of extra veg/etc specifically to make tacos...just gotta chop up the leftover tenderloin and throw it all back in a pan!
