We found it pleasant in the evenings. I generally dressed much as I do in warmer months other than I would maybe have a light cardigan for the evenings but I didn't require anything for the morning. We went to Jollywood and MVMCP so two late park nights and I wore a lightweight cocktail dress to Jollywood so it couldn't have been that bad.
I had jeans and hoodie with me, but I only wore these travelling to and from UK. |

We’re going in December too, 3rd to 12th, and usually go in August. I’m actually really looking forward to going when it’s a bit cooler, and hoping far less rain to interrupt our days. I’m going to travel in loose bottoms and a sweatshirt, and pack some leggings in my case just incase it gets chilly in the evening, I can put them in my backpack as they’re light. Craig is refusing to take anything other than shorts and t shirts, I’m not as brave lol. Aiming to get myself a Christmas fleece from the parks to wear when it gets chilly! I’m after this one specifically 😂😂

We go 15th Nov to 13th December, never been around that time of year before but done jan a few times and that was pleasant I’d say but cold in the evenings and mornings so I’m expecting it to be very similar, were there before thanksgiving so plan on bashing a lot out straight away then may stay away from parks closer to thanksgiving then attack them again week or two afterwards.
Can’t wait to see what it’s all like during Christmas time! |

Countdown is on - Dec 6th
|
December 6th for us... and I'm fully expecting to be there in shorts & t-shirt at any time like I normally would!
If it's that cold - I'm sure I'll find somewhere to buy a lovely WDW spirit jersey or such like We're kind of hoping for "medium" busy being that time when kids are still in school and people are gearing up for the week before and over Christmas. But this is Disney World so hope for the best, expect the worst... Either way - Magic Kingdom during the holiday season... not too shabby!

We have been plenty that time of year. It's generally been shorts and t shirt weather most of the time, but if the sun isn't on the pools its not very pleasant in the water, even with them being heated. We managed Blizzard Beach twice in December last year and it was very comfortable temperatures for it. You may need ti be flexible with your plans though if you want water parks as it the weather can change quickly from one day to the next.
As for crowd levels, go to MK on party days and the other parks on non party days. If you want to go see HEA, be prepared for it being as busy as it can get as it's only on 3 times a week. Didn't but Genie+ at all and got on absolutely everything we wanted to. Only thing I did buy was GotG lightning lane but that was as the virtual queue times we were getting were late evening and our near 2 year old couldn't last. Had we had no kids to consider then we wouldn't have paid for anything extra like that. Other than that though crowds should be very manageable. We were at Universal on the 12th of December last year and pretty much everything was walk on other than Velocicoaster and Hagrids. |

I've snook in a mini solo holiday, only 5 nights fly out 30th November. I've bought the tickets for Jollywood and MVMCP. just want to experience the Christmas theme. so not doing any other parks, as we're going in May to do the full park days. want to visit Celebration as they go all out Christmas decs. I was wondering whether to take warmer clothing just in case
