After many calls, hang ups, cut off 😖

Cm advised this has happened with quite a few confirmed bookings.
They are working to resolve ASAP!

The good news is- MDE and park passes unaffected.

It’s a watch & wait 🧐

Same happening to me but I’m not booked until December and in the Contemporary Garden Wing which is definitely open! Just waiting for the Guest Care Team to call me with a solution 😬 If I get an upgrade out of it though I’ll be a happy bunny!

I was told just to sit tight & guest services were not assisting!
Is the guest care team a different team to guest services?🤔

I think so. She was very specific and told me that she couldn’t help but that the ‘Disney Guest Care Team’ would look into it and get back to me via email or phone.
Haven’t heard anything yet but I will update as soon as I do! Hope you get yours sorted too!

So I emailed a week ago, I honestly thought that because we are March, they'd say it'll be open. Just got a standard reply back so I've gone back and said thanks but please at least tell me if its expected to be until my booking time (13th March) will see when they come back if I get any more info

That’s frustrating as there is no point in phoning those numbers: they can’t answer the questions! I’m still waiting to hear what they’re going to do about the 2 rooms they’ve cancelled 😞
