Villas and bugalows are DVC properties but you can book them by renting DVC points or through the US WDW website, they have a small allocation available for cash.

Suites are in the hotels and are available again through the US WDW website.

I was just going to post BLT Grand Villa, TPV. We’ve had the privilege of looking around a BLT Grand villa and it was amazing.

The grand villas at GF also look fabulous.

I’d say my top 5 (room only, not resort) all DVC:

1. Copper Creek Cabins.
2. Riviera Grand Villa (see Pete Werner’s video on YouTube).
3. Grand Floridian Grand Villa.
4. BLT Grand Villa.
5. Possibly Animal Kingdom lodge Grand Villa, the one with game room.

Lots if great ideas, maybe after all my refunds this year we could have a couple of nights in one of them sometime.

I'm reluctant to rebook DVC after the possibility of losing money on my DVC booking this year but I will be reviewing these ideas.

Planning is the fun part.

You can book dvc through Disney but you will pay more for it. You get more perks though such as daily housekeeping.

We're always on the same page with DVC resorts, you have impeccable taste

I remember looking around a BLT GV but can't remember when or where, I do remember completely falling in love with it though!

Has to be OKW for us as we only ever stay there! 🤣 Loads of space, love the resort and on 3 occasions we have stayed in the Grand Villas.
Cottages on the beach at Vero also if that counts, (didnt care much for 2 bedroom at Vero though)

If money was no object, it would have to be the Grand Suite in the Grand Floridian ! Only seen it in vlogs though !
