Planning Help
Hi all
Planning next year and we have got round to deciding on what tickets to get we realistically can afford 2 sets of parks them being Disney Universal Seaworld including Discovery Cove Bit of a backstory, we have been previously been and have visited all the parks before. we are a family of 8 and the kids will be 15,13,12,10,6 and 5 what 2 groups would you pick and why?

Us personally, just Disney!
Then save the money you’d have spent on the other tickets to really enjoy your time there. We’ve been to Universal plenty of times, but for us (and this is just us, I’m not saying you should avoid it) and it’s just been loosing its edge year on year. Sea world, similar to Universal, it’s not what it was many years ago. Obviously this is just what we’d do. But it worth considering how much time it’ll take 8 of you to do things...there are just 2 of us and even with 14 days we didn’t manage everything that we wanted to do in Disney World. |

If I had to choose just two groups then I'd probably pick Disney and Universal.
Disney has the most parks and is the primary reason why we visit Orlando. Universal's parks and ride and very good. I would miss Seaworld though. We like that park. We've never visited Discovery Cove so don't know how good that is (and obviously have missed this out on previous trips). Personally, I would try and do something like get a 2 or 3 day Base ticket for Universal and then a 1 day ticket for Seaworld. Doing that you might find the price comes to not much more than the price to get 14 day tickets to Universal.
