With less than two months to go and Fastpasses all booked, the itinerary is now locked down!

I started by consulting crowd calendars to see which days were best for each park, avoiding the parks at weekends if it could be helped and making sure to have one day 'on' and one day 'off' throughout the two weeks.

I grouped three off-site days to Universal, Aquatica and the shopping outlets towards the end of the holiday so we knew what spending money we had left and to make the most of the time off-site be minimising travel to that area to just a few days. We can also get a three-day I-Ride trolley pass that works out really well for these journeys, we've used the Lynx buses to get from Disney to Sea World before so will try that out again and only use Uber a few times when we have to.

I've used Touring Plans tools to plan each park day and the Fastpasses to go along with them. I made an 'attraction tracker' - just a spreadsheet of the attractions and 'Y' in the column for each day that we were planning to visit, that way I wasn't missing anything out and grouping attractions in a park area together where we could (such as World Showcase at EP and Fantasyland at MK).
