DC refund difference

Hi, has anyone cancelled directly with Discovery Cove & been refunded less than the original payment. Just received a refund which is £41 less than I paid. Even taking into account of currency exchange rates this seems a bit extreme.

Any advice or info is welcome.

We had the same scenario but just assumed it was bad luck with exchange rates. We lost quite a bit.

Yes we lost money I paid discovery cove 1,080.42 and received back 941.36. I have queried it they said it’s the exchange rate they have no control over

Also check they havent whacked an Admin fee on!

I used a Halifax Clarity card they have no international fees and I guess the exchange rate was favourable when I cancelled. What card did you use?

I paid mine with a debit card even my bank have said it’s a considerable exchange rate

I've paid with dollars on my Revolut card, so hopefully will get the same back, cancelling today.
