Used a local Euronics shop for mine and more recently DD's washing machine. First class service and cheaper than AO.

I suppose I’m just planning for when they say that it can’t be repaired any more.

We too tend to buy white goods from AO. Always quick and reliable delivery and they will price match if you see it cheaper elsewhere. They give a discount for NHS too if that applies.

Ah, what a shame. They are always my first choice. I think you can buy online now as well though.
