I had to cancel and re book as my original booking was made before the code came out in May. This was not an issue as there were still available rooms.
We did lose our park reservations and also had to re book those.

In our case with 2 rooms booked it was worth cancelling and re booking to have the discount applied.

I booked online, emailed them and about 5 days later get a reply and a new updated invoice showing the discount.
